Exclusion of liability

TLiability for content

The content of our pages has been produced with the utmost care. However, we can accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness and current relevance of the content. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to § 7 para.1 TMG in line with general legislation. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor information transmitted or stored which comes from outside sources nor to investigate circumstances which point to illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general law are not affected by this. Liability in this regard, however, is possible only from the point in time when a specific violation of law becomes known. The content will be removed immediately as soon as it becomes known that relevant violations of law have taken place.

Liability for links

Our content contains links to external websites belonging to third parties, over whose content we have no influence. We can therefore accept no responsibility for this external content. It is always the relevant provider or operator who is responsible for the content of the linked pages. At the time the link was put in place, the linked pages were checked for possible breaches of law. No illegal content was found at the time the link was put in place. Permanent control over contents of the linked pages, however, is not possible without specific indications of a violation of law. Such links will be removed immediately as soon as it becomes known that violations of law have taken place.

Copyright

The content and work that has gone into these pages by the site operator is subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, reworking, dissemination or any kind or exploitation outside the limits of copyright law requires the written consent of the relevant author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are permitted for private, non-commercial use only. Where the content of these pages was not created by the operator, copyright of third parties has been observed. Content from third parties, in particular, is labelled as such. Should you come across a violation of copyright law, however, please inform us accordingly. Such content will be removed immediately as soon as it becomes known that violations of law have taken place.

Data protection declaration

The use of our website is generally possible without supplying personal details. Where personal details (e.g. name, address or e-mail address) are entered on our pages, this is done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data is not passed on to third parties without your express permission. We are obliged to protect your privacy and therefore use the information we have gathered on you in compliance with the applicable data protection law. What are personal details? We take “personal details” to mean information about your identity such as your name, e-mail address or postal address.

Transfer to third parties

All details you supply to us are, of course, treated confidentially. In principle we do not allow others to use your details unless you have given your permission or we are obliged to surrender this data, for example as part of legal proceedings.

What happens to your data?

We collect, store and process information in order to better understand the needs of our customers and to be able to offer you tailor-made services. To do so, we carry out internal investigations into demography, user interests and user behaviour.

Security of your data

To whatever extent we strive to ensure the security of your data in line with the applicable data protection law, no electronic communication is entirely secure. It therefore cannot be ruled out that, despite our efforts, all information given voluntarily over the internet may be used by others. We can therefore accept no responsibility or liability for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transfer and / or unauthorised access by third parties.
